uvegottatrythis Marinated Peppers recipe!

1 yellow, 1 orange, 1red pepper, cut into 1/4″ strips
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1 garlic clove, minced
3 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Toss together. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Serve with shredded chicken, mozzarella in tortillas or pitas.
